Where do I even start!
I’ve been in contact with many graphic designers and none of them compare to Jamie. You can tell he loves his job because the amount of work and time he puts into his work to make sure it’s high quality.
I needed a logo for my business as quick as possible I can’t fault Jamie at all his responses are quick and always making sure you’re happy with the design. Also gives advice to what looks better and more professional and eye catching. He’s very approachable and understanding he listened to what I wanted and if anything I got more than what I wanted!!

Describe your creative process.
When working with a new or existing client, we always ask them for as much information they can give use before we start, using something we call our "design brief". Using that design brief, we can generate a quote as it gives us a greater understanding of the scope of the project and we use it throughout our design process. That way, we don't have to go back to the client asking questions about what they wanted.
If the client doesn't have much information to give us, we will do research on their industry and gather some thoughts on what could work well for them.
Once we've created a first draft, we send it over to the client for approval. If the client approves on the first draft, perfect! If not, we will make amendments and repeat the process until the client is satisfied with the final design.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Depending on the service, we will either need a design brief (as mentioned above), or we will gather the information we need over the phone/email/Zoom.
What do you love most about your job?
As a cliché as it may sound, I really love helping people! And I'm, so glad my job allows me to do that every single day. Before I started the business, I just really enjoyed helping people in any way that I could, I was really passionate about it. When I started the business, I thought it would be great if I could continue that passion throughout the work that we do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always wanted to have my own business, but I never knew what to do or how to do it. Back in 2018, a friend of mine (who is now my business partner), wanted to have an inhouse designer for his business with the aim of setting up a graphic design company with me in the long run. After a year of being my business partner's inhouse designer, we started Super Star Designs!

There are many reasons, but let me start with our "why". Our "why" at Evolute Agency is to help as many businesses as possible through our effective graphic design. We want to do this because far too many businesses fail within the first 3 years and we can only imagine that, that number has sky-rocketed over the past 2 years. We want to help our clients not become a part of that statistics.
Like I've mentioned above, we are just so passionate about helping others!

Yes we can. As a graphic design company, that also provides video editing and social media management, we are fortunate that we can do all of our work online/remotely.
All of our work is done digitally, all we need is to be able to contact our clients. We've got more ways than ever to do that, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, Zoom, Skype etc.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
When COVID first broke out, we moved out of the office we was in and started working from home, all meetings were scheduled to be on Zoom.
Since then, we have been fortunate enough to return to our office. We limit the meetings we have in the office and staff can work from home.
