If I could give 10 stars I would! Edward was attentive and brilliant at helping to plan the evening, nothing was too much trouble.
On the night of our dinner party (for 15) Edward and the team took control of everything from preparing the table (they provided all the tableware), serving drinks & canapés to tidying up. The food was fantastic, it tasted great and the presentation was superb. My guests had a wonderful evening and I managed to enjoy the evening properly knowing that the team were taking care of everything and looking after my guests. I really appreciated them coming back the following morning to collect everything so that the party wasn’t disturbed.

What’s your signature dish?
Our signature dish has to be our 'Eton Mess' dessert. Everyone describes it as "Summer on a plate", the kick of refreshing basil oil is what completes this dish.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Everybody has different tastes and needs, which is very important to bear in mind when creating dishes and menus. We will always cater for individual requests but wont ever compromise on quality.
What do you love most about your job?
Getting to showcase people the incredible local produce we have here in Britain whilst creating imaginative & delicious food.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in some of the worlds top Michelin star restaurants, 5 star hotels and for HNWI I decided it was time to bring my experience into people homes and start a new project for myself.
