With 24 years of experience as a highly qualified and fully accredited Psychotherapist, I offer effective, non-judgmental and confidential online psychotherapy.
My goal is to create a safe space where you can express yourself freely, gain deeper self-awareness, develop new coping skills, empowered and supported to make meaningful, lasting changes.

I offer both Existential Psychotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for a range of issues, including:

Getting Started
I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation. This is for you to get a sense of me and how I work, as well as to ask questions if you’d like to. It is also a golden opportunity for me to get to know you and what you’d like help with. Together, we determine whether we are a right fit to work together.

About Me
I have a first degree in psychology and began my initial training in Health Psychology. Subsequently, I trained as a Psychotherapist at the School of Psychotherapy & Counselling at Regent’s University London and completed further specialist training as a Master Practitioner for Eating Disorders at the National Centre for Eating Disorders in Surrey.
While my primary approach is Existential Therapy, I also integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) when beneficial.

I have successfully achieved the following qualifications:

• B.A (HON) Psychology with Social Studies
• Post-graduate Certificate in Health Psychology
• M.A Psychotherapy & Counselling

I also hold a Master Practitioner Award in Eating Disorders and Obesity which consists of an:

• Advanced Diploma in Eating Disorders & Nutritional Interventions
• Diploma in Practitioner Skills for Eating Disorders
• Post-graduate Certificate in Obesity Management

I have also successfully achieved a Diploma in Counselling Supervision with Distinction, and have offered supervision to trainee and qualified psychotherapists and counsellors. I am additionally fully trained and EMCC accredited as an Executive Coach. I sit on the BACP Coaching Division as Deputy Chair.

My Experience
For 25 years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings, including the NHS psychiatric services, mental health, suicide prevention and crisis charities, Rape Crisis, and then, the private sector. I currently run a private psychotherapy and executive coaching practice.

These diverse experiences have allowed me to support people from all walks of life, with a wide range of challenges. This depth of experience helps me provide a high-quality, personalised service to every client.
