Hopeless. Arrived late, fiddled around, smoked a roll up, pressure washer arrived ( had obviously forgotten it) , then couldn’t make it work and left. Not heard from the company again.

I am sorry that you feel that way. From the outset you did say you needed the work to be done as cheaply as possible. The original quote was amended to include a discount which you then accepted. You then tried very hard not to pay the balance due. The work agreed upon was done to a high standard. You did tell one of our workers that you were happy with the work completed. Four site visits were made by myself during this five day project. Our valued team are skilled workers, who do not need micromanagement. We never have hidden costs and a detailed quote is provided in advance. It is highly irregular for clients to argue about payments, especially once a quote has been accepted.
