I had the pleasure of working with Mark from Engage Technique when I joined Mosaic Medical. It was a genuinely engaging and thought-provoking experience. I was a little dubious about the profiling but it was surprisingly accurate! Mark did some sessions with us at our team away days and really got us thinking differently about how we communicate and connect as a team. His approach was interactive and a lot of fun! I genuinely feel that it helped me understand more about how my colleagues might be thinking and feeling about things and it's not uncommon now to hear a comment like "that will be the yellow coming through" More...

I have had both individual and group training with Mark, and found it really helpful. The tools used to assess character/working styles are easy to use and Mark's training makes them memorable and applicable. Knowing how my approach will alter in busier situations is really important. Equally the approach to wider team dynamics and composition is a real game-changer with working with colleagues. More...

Working with engage changed how we work as a business. We now schedule formal meetings to cover areas we are weaker in. We also have a far greater understanding of how best to move the business forwards. Can’t recommend this enough.

I get a real kick out of people building their performance. I am one of those annoying people who genuinely loves what I do, and (hopefully) the difference it makes to others.

I have a history of building and leading teams in previous corporate career, and wanted to spend my time focussed completely on Building Powerful Teams. i get a real sense of satisfaction from the feeling that "I helped them get somewhere!"

I am told I have a good blend of experience (I have been where you are!), challenge (so I will ask you some tricky questions), personable (so we build trust quickly), and positive (so we always focus on building-up).

Face to face is best for building rapport quickly, especially for group work. Online works well too, and lets face it we ware all well used to it now!

I have huge experience in building strategic plans (including a spell in the strategy team of one of the largest FTSE100 companies). I can help you build a simple strategy which is well thought through but links through to the day-to-day plan.
Strategy is an over used word, and I can help you build a clear path from where you are, to where you want to be.
