I am a highly skilled tradesman- builder with over 20 years experience of working in construction industry.
Having worked as self-employer in Didcot (Oxfordshire 8years) London 10years for most of my career, restructuring within the organisation has given me the opportunity to explore new and exciting challenges
• Bathroom- fully refurbishment, remove old plastering, tiling, painting, fit new shower, bath, basin, toilet include taps, install new air extractor and el. lights
• Kitchen- fully fitted cabinets include worktops, installing built in oven , hob , sink + waste pipe, extractor fan, washing machine, dishwasher include connect to water and pipe, el. Sockets
Bedroom- assembling build in wardrobe
• Loft –build in steel beam, floor joists(8x2), wood frame dormer wall and roof joist with insulation( celotex20-150mm, knauf), general wood work timbers stud wall (4x2) plywood, OSB, chipboard, plasterboard, installing windows, doors, architrave, skirting, installing staircase(1-3 section, platform) with post and rail
Flooring laminate , wood, floorboard
Install and fix all kind of new uPVC , Alluminium or wood windows and doors or rehang(refurbish oldones)
•Roofing -instal roof rafters, membrane, battens, lay tilles( clay, concrete) slates, , flat roof (felt, gutter)
