What do you love most about your job?
Everyday is totally different. I get to some time is city Center and then the following day I’m in countryside. I feel very lucky to do the job and love it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve been in business since I was 21 years old. But now I’ve found my happy place.

Personal.
Approachable
I take a case on case work. I’m not trying to have loads of clients. I cases where I can provide the personal time that it’s required by both parties. By having that time it usually resolves in a much better and happier outcome.

I will always complete sites visits. All letters and required rewards are all best to be delivered and explained if possible.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I work a lot outside and distance is key and masks if requested.
