My advice to anyone is not to find builders on the internet such as check a trader, rated people or my builder sites. Recently hired a builder called Darren from SLF Builders to refurbish the bathroom. Price was right and very persuasive. Promised to finish the job in a week but never finished the job in 2 months. In the end, I had to look at other options which led to a search on the internet again as we had to move in. I reluctantly searched for tradesmen and luckily found Sumit on Bark's website. Spoke to him and explained the situation. Normally builders do not take the jobs left by any other person but Sumit kindly agreed to look at the job and was willing to carry out work upon agreement on the same day which I needed desperately. He is an honest, hard-working young man and delivered the job the same day better than my expectations. One thing is for sure Sumit will be my first and last choice for future projects. We recently hired Sumit and his team for a full bathroom renovation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The work was of exceptionally high quality, with beautiful finishes that exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, Sumit was incredibly personable, a great communicator, and highly knowledgeable about his craft.

He kept us updated every step of the way, sending pictures and explanations throughout the process. When an issue arose with another company replacing our flooring at the same time, Sumit stepped in and offered to complete the flooring work for a very reasonable price—and he did an amazing job.

What stood out even more was how clean and tidy everything was left at the end of each day. We were so impressed with his work that we also hired him to paint our flat, and once again, he delivered outstanding results.

if you need a loft conversion i would recommend DSM city construction Ltd they did a great job on my loft worked ahead of schedule any issues we had were dealt with straight away without any fuss.

Sumi was recommended to me by a very good family friend who had used his services to fit a new kitchen and also to renovate a family member’s house. I therefore had the opportunity to see his workmanship before I engaged his services. What I had seen was a house renovated to a very high standard and a kitchen of high quality.

There was therefore no hesitation in engaging his services to renovate the back and front garden as well as rendering the front wall of my house during the summer. The work was done to a high standard. I can now proudly use by back garden and show it to others which was something I did not do before Sumi and his team worked on it. As for the front of the house, Neighbours, friends and family have commented on the beautiful transformation and how stylish it looks.
