Thoroughly professional and efficient. I used this company to obtain a property survey/homebuyers report for my onwards move. I found them to be competitively priced (one third cheaper than another local company!) and they quickly booked via the estate agent to survey the property in question.Within just three days of the survey being carried out I had my report via email, detailed and expertly presented and at a very fair price.Worth every penny, highly recommended! Party Wall Matters
If proposed work falls under the Party Wall Act, then you will be required to serve a party wall notice to the neighbours that will be affected. We’re able to help you to do this, and make sure that everything goes smoothly. In the event that your neighbour doesn’t accept this notice, you need to appoint a party wall surveyor. That is another area in which we’re able to help. As experienced surveyors we can help all parties arrive at a solution that complies fully with the Party Wall Act. We can also prepare Schedules of Condition which can be incorporated in any Award.
Typical costs would be as follows:£49 for issuance of Notice,£350 for Schedule of Condition and £395 for issuance of an Award
