I cannot recommend Build Doctor highly enough. I received the quote entirely based on the photos that I sent and it was extremely reasonable. It was necessary to take great care, both of the exposed brick walls, and of the old oak floorboards. This must have made a difference to the preparation stage that they finished on time, by working very late on the last day, and with not one splash! I am very happy with the professional result. Yes we bring all our own equipment and supplies to complete the job at hand. Protection, dust extractors, ladders and cleaning essentials.
