I had a summer house that needed building these 2 amazing young men both did a lovely and neat work I would recommend them for anyone that needs any assembly work done or sheds/summerhouses to be built considering there was no instructions tools missing they done the work with no problem price was very good too

I recently hired this company to assemble 2. 50x35 and 2. 100x35 IKEA wardrobes and build a surrounding frame to create a fitted wardrobe look.
Over the phone, I explained the job in detail and was reassured that they fully understood the task and could complete it. A quote was given based on this conversation.

On the day, the two young men who arrived were polite and friendly, which I appreciated. However, it quickly became clear that, while they were able to assemble the IKEA wardrobes, they did not have the necessary skills or preparation to carry out the custom framework that was discussed. They had not brought any materials with them which was quote for and after assembling the basic carcasses, they then needed my husband to go with them to buy the correct wood and chipboard. Which should have been with them before arriving.
This significantly delayed the job.

Despite being given a specific brief, it became evident that they were not confident or experienced in creating the bespoke look we had asked for.
The job was not completed as planned, and the quote had to be adjusted. However, by the end of the visit, we were left with only the carcasses assembled (no drawers built,or shelves and not even fixed to the wall for safety. We were charged £280. Given that the core task we paid for was only partially completed and that the work took less than two hours, the price felt excessive.

Additionally, I did need to remind them not to place heavy tools and screws on our newly fitted quartz worktop, which was a concern.

Overall, while the boys were polite and pleasant, the service did not match the expectations set during our initial conversation. I would advise others to ensure the job requirements are fully understood in writing before proceeding. More...
