Thank you to Everton who fixed the issue. He was friendly, helpful and efficient. The final repair cost a lot more than I expected however, which has put me off using the company for less urgent plumbing jobs.

Do not use the service. Charged £459 to fix a leaky sink. Was told to wait a couple of hours to let the compound go off. Sink was leaking worse than when the plumber touched it. Telephoned the number over a four day period and was fobbed off. Husband ended up tightening the joins and wrapping the pipework with lots of tape to stop it leaking. Not sure how long it will last but only cost £10 not £459. Could kick myself for getting scammed for so.much money. More...

David just fixed some eye sore issues in my balcony. It needed some metal cutting, hammering, reshaping, and straightening. Not a inexperienced plumber can do this job. Everton was so quick to diagnose a problem that had been going on for YEARS and in one visit he has sorted it. My ceiling had partly fallen down with water ingress and leakage but he put new pipe in and finally the problem is solved with much less fuss than I could have imagined. Do not use! I have had to Report this company to trading standards as their plumber didn’t put the sink back on properly which caused additional, extensive damage, and they outright refused to give any form of refund or to send out another plumber to at least rectify the mistake. They are aggressive, rude and claim no responsibility over the work of their plumbers. Avoid at all costs! David installed a saniflo macerator toilet in my room. It was a difficult project as we had to knock down a wall and take out the plasterboard. He did such a wonderful job with a very good price. His design of the toilet and all the piping work was great and he finished everything for about a week including an installation of a washing machine as well. Due to his pre-planned work schedule and my study commitment, it took longer than I anticipated but he delivered the toilet I wanted and finished the work. He's really smart and good at designing the pipes efficiently and understanding and executing the client's expectations. He also went the extra mile to get things done. I strongly recommend him. Good manners. Polite. Call out fee 80 pound which is reasonable. To fix a problem quoted me 130 for parts and 130 for labor which I felt was too high. Absolutely pathetic after service. David did a bathroom renovation and said that he would take 50% money in advance. Once the work started he started pushing me to pay the rest of the money as he had to pay it to his workers.
Also after the work finished the bathroom water started to leak in the kitchen downstairs. I had to call him to have a look at it and he argued that it's nothing to do with him, only to find out that the leak was because the silicon was not done properly. He did do the silicone but still the water leak problem remained and now the kitchen ceiling plaster board has come down. When I called him again, he completely washed his hands away of it by saying that it's got nothing to do with it and if I need to get this fixed, I will have to pay extra for it.

Very friendly, arrived in good time and did an effective job. I would certainly have him back if I have other plumbing issues.

He did so-so on changing shower mixer but I thought was very expensive. Then he could not find where to turn off the water to change valve om leaking tank and wanted even more to "freeze" it. At that point I said "no", so that job still needs doing. More...
