Craig has done work for me on several occasions, including flooring (twice, each in two different houses), fitting of a kitchen (which he also did for a friend after I recommended him), and most recently he erected a fence in my garden. Cleanliness and keeping a safe working distance but working inside a customers property will always generate some risk level.
