I love sharing the knowledge I have acquired to help other people be successful in what they are doing to make a difference in the world. Not one of us can do everything on our own but together it is amazing what we can achieve and how that feels when we share the experience and the success.

I have learned both from hard won experience in aviation as a pilot, as a business leader providing digital solutions and also from standing on the shoulders of giants in academic learning.

I truly believe that we can make small impactful change in our organisations and teams with small course corrections that keep us heading in the right direction.

I wanted to share the short-cuts that I have learned over the years to success, some of which seem almost deliberately hidden away despite all the information we have access too. I have embraced AI solutions, but I sometimes find myself saying, "Don't ask ChatGPT , ask me," because AI works best alongside human insight and experience.

I was always one of those proactive people in my organisation, prepared to speak up and change things when I could, and whe someone said I could not too. However, after many years in the aviation industry supporting digital transformation with technology, I took on the challenge of doing a Masters in Organisational Psychology and rediscovered that I was really only scratching the surface of meaningful change at work.

In order to make a really big difference I need to help people who were disruptively progressive but running into other obstacles. Problems solvers with other problems in their teams. People who need just a little more clarity, who perhaps need to figure out how to let go so they can their business grow and their people grow too.

I had successfully run a team of great people helping businesses all over the world and yet so much was not being done well.
Much of my studying was quite enlightening, including my own research into leadership as a transferable skill.
Unfortunately, many of the things that I had learned while clearly being researched and recorded, were not necessarily getting out to the many businesses that could benefit from the great insight that is available.
I wanted to do something about that and provide insight to people who were managers and leaders of change and growth, people that may have been maxed out in their capacity just running their business and looking after their people. People who were doing some of the things I had done and more.

I help ambitious founders, aviation leaders, and growing teams navigate complexity to scale smarter. I have made mistakes and I have found success. More recently, I have studied in great depth the psychology of people at work and perhaps I always did that building successful teams and supporting cutting edge aircraft operators in business aviation.

I also understand that founders and growth leaders face unique challenges as their business grows and I can help to navigate those challenges successfully, because I have been there, albeit in a rather large company.

We still had to compete for resources to help us succeed. We had people who did not understand what we were trying to do or why? We still had to compete in an uncertain world and through multiple mergers and acquisitions, we also had to navigate immense change. It was our people and the relationships around us that made the difference and made us successful. They always do.

I am inspired by the opportunity to create amazing environments for people to succeed using proven tools that align with our human nature and psychology in a positive way.

I understand the critical importance of relationships and our environments to set the foundations for any requirement for leadership and change.

With a unique background as a military and commercial pilot, and an MSc in Organisational Psychology, I bring calm, clarity, and strategic rigour to the turbulence of business growth. Over the last 20 years, I’ve worked with more than 100 aviation departments and high-performance teams, supporting them through digital transformation, leadership challenges, and operational redesign, among others. I am by your side, not just with advice but able to create action.

I recognise that real leadership occurs when you do not have the formal rank but when you build relationships, consensus and inspire a sense of purpose and meaning beyond the job itself.
