Conte Health & Fitness is the best. I have tried several PT's and they are by far the best. The instructors are amazing, friendly, and so good at what they do. Although sessions are weekly, they are there for you 24/7, constantly pushing you and supporting you. It can be daunting trying to find a PT in London, but the whole atmosphere at Conte is so welcoming and positive. In January 2023 I came to Conte Fitness to get ready for my knee replacement operation.
Before the operation the surgeon did not believe that I was able to take steps with the bones I had. Next surprise my surgeon had when he was checking the knee 6 months after the operation - I was fit for downhill skiing. Yes, I did skiing in Val Thorens just 8 month after the operation! I was happy as happy you can be in the mountains!

Like most, I’ve gained quite a bit of weight during lockdown. Unfortunately, I can’t do any cardio due to an injury and strength training has never been my thing.
I decided to hire Julia so I could lose weight and improve my overall strength. I’ve been training with Julia for about 4 months she’s helped me lose weight (8.6kg), I look more toned, feel stronger and I’ve actually started to really enjoy strength training.
Julia is also really mindful of my injuries in the past I’ve found other PTs aren’t, however, she still pushes you but in a safe way. Unlike most fitness providers, Conte Health & Fitness does not focus solely on getting you to lose weight or improve your fitness. Our holistic approach goes beyond that. Yes, of course. Online training is done through live video calls and our fitness app.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have 3 different sanitising stations at the health club where our clients can find anti-bacterial gel & wipes alongside masks (gloves are also available upon request). Both us and the rest of the team have now been fully vaccinated and we are still wearing masks (masks for clients are optional). The facilities are frequently cleaned and sanitised by the cleaning staff. Social distancing is followed whenever possible. Sessions can also be conducted entirely privately from our Pilates/Yoga room.
Personal Training
Conte Health and Fitness is all about helping our clients achieve their personal fitness goals. Through regular personalised coaching, training, nutritional advice, continuous support and accountability we aim to create a fitter and stronger version of yourself through small and practical changes to your lifestyle. Personal training is available both in person and online.
PS Please note that face to face personal training is only available in London for the time being.
Physiotherapy
Unlike many fitness services, Conte Health and Fitness also provides physiotherapy and rehabilitation. With industry-leading physical therapy services, Conte Health and Fitness aim to offer a complete package to help our clients maintain their fitness and solve any physical ailments they may face.
Physiotherapy/rehab services are primarily available face to face but we do have online options also.
PS Face to face options are only available in London for the time being.
Pilates
Pilates focuses on building core strength, flexibility and balance at the same time. Unlike regular strength training, it doesn’t rely on gym equipment like dumbbells or machines. Instead, it uses unique exercises and low-impact workouts that are surprisingly tough yet effective at building a stronger and healthier body.
Yoga
Many of our clients enjoy personalised yoga classes that help them relax, unwind, and meditate to overcome the stress in their life. Yoga is the perfect way to balance your regular workouts with a more relaxing exercise to reduce anxiety and stress whilst improving your flexibility.
Massage Therapy
Massage is a treatment which aims to relax, revive and heal the body. Using manual hands-on movements and manipulation of the soft tissues and muscles in the body, massage therapy works to promote healing and enhance a person's overall well-being.
