How long have you been in business?
Concept are specialists in property insurance claim management and repairs and have been operating nationally for over 20 years. I have joined Concept in 2023.

We provide a 12 month guarantee on works carried out by us.
What do you love most about your job?
Being able to assist home owners and policyholders at a difficult time with an insurance claim and eliminate the time, stress and hassle that can often occur when dealing with an insurance claim, whilst also getting repairs agreed and completed as quickly as possible.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The chance to operate my own business with significant head office support and back up from Concept who have extensive experience of operating in this market for more than 20 years, whilst being able to utilise my previous construction, project management and surveying skills for management of insurance claims

I have 25 years construction and project management experience and have regularly dealt with property defects during my career whilst Concept have been operating successfully on a national basis within the insurance claims management field for over 20 years.

No as site attendance is always required for initial inspection, surveying and scoping of works which also often necessitates meeting insurers or loss adjusters on site together with customer liaison and project managing of repair and reinstatement works.
