During the reinstatement works you will be visited by a Project Manager
You will then have a chance to declare you are happy with the works prior to completion. And if you are not, then the job is not complete.
We will attend to defects in line with our service agreement.
What do you love most about your job?
It's an amazing service and it's great to help people through a very stressful period. For me it's easy, it's what I do every day. For the ordinary householder it's time consuming, confusing and can take a lot longer.
What inspired you to start your own business?
A more enjoyable job. I have held very senior positions in large companies and this was my chance to work on a smaller scale, with my own personal values at the front of this.
