adept at all aspects of the job. I am a hard-working peoples’ person and

Having consistently delivered over 100 PT sessions a month for 10 years with
clients of varying demands and needs. I undoubtedly have the passion and
confidence when it comes to motivating and transforming people’s lives.

The secrete to getting the body of your dreams.. progress not perfection, I often tell my clients it’s a marathon not a sprint.

1. I find joy in helping others achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall well-being. I enjoy supporting and guiding clients on their journey to a healthier lifestyle.
2. As a personal Trainer i have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by promoting healthier habits, boosting confidence, and improving self-esteem. I get to witness the physical and mental transformations of my clients.
3. I have a growth mindset as a personal Trainer I am continuously learning and staying up-to-date with the latest fitness research, techniques, and trends. This allows me to expand my knowledge and offer innovative and effective training methods to clients.

Boxing
Boxing is my passion, combine that with my strength and
conditioning knowledge. I was an aspiring boxer, after all the years I dedicated to my own personal development- personal training was a very natural progression for me, I am able to pass on my skills and passion.
Nutrition
As a nutritionist I with the general population to facilitate the inclusion of healthy eating behaviors and empower clients to take responsibility for their own health. Often taking on the role of mentor and leader who guides clients toward a healthier lifestyle.
