I reached out to Michael Harris at Clarity last year. I was completely overwhelmed by a third party insurance claim, which was pretty complexed to say the least. He was truly a welcomed person who appeared on this platform at just the right time. He assured me that I had a good chance of a favourable outcome. I was up against a ECO4 company who completely ruined everything in my house. The mould, damp and condensation wasn't fixed, in actual fact it was made worse. As some of these government grants companies haven't a clue about heating, the correct insulation and most importantly and crucial the correct ventilation for your property. Sadly, in my case the build up of toxins which were, for me, were intolerable and I was allergic to the fibres and glass in the insulation which was installed incorrectly. This has impacted my health. He has stood by me ever since that first phone call. He always simplified everything in easy to understand explanations without big legal words. The claim, thankfully is in the final stages of being paid. I cannot recommend him highly enough. His expertise within the legal jungle is paramount. He put me at ease straight away without question. I told him the outline and he set to work immediately.
He is truly an expert in his field and I wouldn't hesitate to contact him if you are overwhelmed or apprehensive with anything legal especially if you are trying to address poor installation services which are rife on other well known platforms via government grants.
