I really hate to give bad reviews but would hate for someone else to be left in the same situation we were more! We booked Charles to paint ceilings, skirting and walls. He suggested he would do it over night and send us videos for payment. When we turned up the next day it was a really bad job. There’s streaks of paint on the walls, he didn’t paint the ceilings, instead just painted bits which made it look way worse. There was paint all over the floors. We paid a lot to have him do 2 rooms and when I asked him to come back to fix the job or give us a partial refund, he told me he was in hospital and his wife was giving birth 🤷♀️ Definitely avoid!! I wasn’t even going to do this but with no response for days and no refund for the botched job this guy done I’m forced to share my experience. He mounted my tv and left 2 gaping holes in my wall. You don’t need to lie to prove a point, I have all evidence that I picked your calls and I told you what the situation is and when I can come and get the hole covered ( a nail size hole) I don’t know if you expect me to leave my wife who is about to give birth and come get the hole covered? Did i mount her tv properly? Yes . ( i have a video for prove), she was happy with the job. But she called the next day saying there is a minor small hole that needs filling. I told her that’s fine that am going to come get it done but my wife just gave birth that she should give me like four days and I promise to be there. So why the bad reviews.
