Had Tony pop over to fit my water filter and check my boiler. He was an exceptionally good help. He gave good advice on what to do etc in an emergency.

The most frustrating experience I have ever had. If I could give no stars I would.
Arranged to install a dishwasher. Firstly, tried to con me with the cost. They had agreed that they would deduct an earlier call out charge and then did not.
Then on two occasions arranged a date and time of installation which they failed to adhere to. On one occasion I had taken time off work. On the other occasion I had put my dogs in day care at an additional £50 cost.
They agreed to refund me. Failed to a
Do so by the agreed time. Then they told me they had refunded me and it would be in my account within 24 hours. It is not.
It's perfectly possible to do instant payment. They did not. I am awaiting evidence that a payment was ever made.

Avoid these people at all costs. If this money is not in my account today I am contacting trading standards and the Small Claims Court so they'll end up paying court fees too. Disgraceful. More...
