I can only say how lucky I find a building team like Buidrite. I have bad experience with some builder like many people do in U. K. They listen what I want and structure under my budget . And redone my house like a new house . They fixed all the problems in the house in detail. Even I ask some questions that is not their area ,they try their best to fixed it. I remember Harris always say “ I ll see what I can do” . The main things is we go through one different situation with the local authority, “ most builder ll just leave it to the owner “ they really try their best to fixed the problem. I was very impressed and appreciated . Hard to find a company really put your project like their own. I ll not hesitate to use them again. Because I feel safe and confident, my house will be in good hand. I would like to thank you Harris and Ash who work over time even bank holiday, rainy day or even snowing ,they try to make the job finished on schedule. We have used build rite for two sets of calculations and drawings to suport wall removals on our renovation project. They have been responsive and communicative on both projects, and provided a high level of service. I came across Build-rite on via Bark and chose them over the contractors assigned to me based on the reviews, cost and the fact that they gave the greatest reassurance over the job at hand in the initial call. Adam was assigned to my project - the removal of a load bearing wall between a kitchen and dining room in a domestic property. He arrived on time and gave a thorough inspection of the rooms in question. He even gave additional advice (by request) of a potential future project in the loft, so much appreciated. Despite being a relatively straightforward project in a property, it was my biggest project for the house so even at the structure removal and beam-adding stage by my builders, I frequently contacted Adam to get advice and reassurance, including advice on the building control aspect. He would get answer promptly or call back if the call is missed each time. Buildrite Harris did an excellent job in communicating and fixing problem. Form loft conversion to kitchen extension. We did have a problem for the extension, they try their very best to help instead of leave it to the client let them panic. They based on my budget to give suggestions, I felt safe and secure to leave my hand on them. Their building term ( Ash ) was trustworthy, honest and work harder then any builder I never met in UK. In order to finish the project on time they work even during bank holiday , raining day or weekend til very late time . Never complain and never late .
