Ben from BSM called before I had even closed the Bark site, and on a weekday evening.
Ben was straightforward yet friendly and trustworthy. Ben quickly arranged an inspection for the next day.
Straight afterward his call a very nice lady, sorry forgot your name, called to confirm the inspection, confirm address and take payment. All friendly and professional.
Mick their inspector proved to be a great ambassador for BSM, again straight talking, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly.
From first call to inspection BSM exuded professionalism so we were confident in contracting them to solve the problem, not cheap, but a first for us, BSM gave a considerable discount for our previous military service.

What can I say about Ben and the team, well they are absolutely amazing Ben talked me through everything and put my mind at rest because I was so upset to have a infestation of rats in my loft. The lads that came and did the work was equally amazing so professional and nice they couldn't do enough to make me feel better about the situation. They completely gutted my loft and filled all the hole that my council had said they had already done (but clearly hadn't) they have gone through my house inside and out to make sure I don't have another problem again.
