Shoddy workmanship. All promises, and no work

This is updated review since the actual work. The bidet installation process has introduced a leak in the flush tank. Benjamin has been to my place around 3-4 times and still not able to fix the issue. Overall I feel a lack of seriousness and professionalism in the work. He drags his work for hours. He loves to talk a lot, not necessarily about the work he is doing. He is more interested in asking for coffee than the work. He even forgets to bring basic work tools like screwdriver. I would still not mind these things but ever since he got paid for the original work he has been really unresponsive. You can make 5-6 calls per day and he won’t respond. You can keep messaging and he wouldn’t respond. He comes as he wishes much later than what he promises on message. Twice I even took work from home only for him to turn up late in the day. In his last to last visit he made sure I wrote the review while he was there. Since then he has become even more unresponsive. The water is still leaking in my bathroom. Almost a month has passed since we first hired him and the leakage was something that his work introduced. In his last visit he told us to buy an inlet valve for flush tank and that he will come over to attach it so water doesn’t leak. Now he has again gone incognito more than a week.
