Working with Tina and Beyond Horizons couldn't have been easier. Navigating the world of online ads, SEO and social media marketing can be confusing and daunting but Tina explained everything and worked with us to develop the best campaign to promote our event, whilst adhering to our budget. I love building working with clients and building relationships with them. As a small business, I get to know clients, and to understand how I can really help their business.

I have over 20 years of marketing experience, combined with a strong passion for understanding customers, marketing and data. I believe in the importance of getting results, and making your business grow.

I mostly work remotely, with regular zoom calls. I'm happy to meet clients in London, as it's always good to put a real face to a name! I am also happy to travel to clients further afield if required, additional travel costs maybe involved depending on the distance.

Services

I create a marketing blueprint, by developing an understanding of what your competitive landscape is, why people are buying your products, and who is buying your products. This allows me to identify gaps and opportunities for how to position your product/service, and create a marketing plan reaching customers with the correct message, at the right time add place along the customer journey.

Social media is a key channel for raising brand awareness and increasing sales. I work with you to understand your business and objectives, creating either a standalone social media plan or integrating with other channels.

Social media is divided into four parts:

1) Creating your social media accounts.

2)Creating a content calendar, and scheduling/posting regularly to create a voice and a story around your brand.

2) Targeted ad campaigns. Identifying your target audience by demographics, life stage and location. Ads created based on messaging identified in the marketing blueprint.

4) All activities are monitored on a daily basis, and iterated to ensure they are fully optimised to reach your customers. Reporting back to clients on a weekly basis.

An SEO strategy will be designed to bring your company further up the search listings on google. This includes on-page and off-page optimisation, and backlink identification.

Following on from the marketing blueprint, and analysing any previous data, keywords will be identified.

A website review and optimisation will take place, including both website and blog content creation (or reviewing client content),

Backlinks will be identified, in order to create further traffic.

A monthly review of keywords, with content iterations.

Search and shopping campaigns will be created based on strong keywords. Campaigns will be created for your business specifically, looking at previous data, and a list of core campaigns identified. For example, retargeting of web-visitors, cart abandonment.
Data will be analysed daily for any needed iterations to create optimal results. Weekly updates sent to the client including click through rates, cost per impression and cost per click.

Email campaigns focus on creating relationships with existing and potential customers.
1) Nurturing existing customers with emails scheduled along the customer journey
2) Creating an on-going strategy to capture email addresses, implementing a plan strategy for ad hoc emails to that mailing list
3) A/B testing of email campaigns and on-going monitoring of click-through and open rates
