How long have you been in business?
BDL has been in business for nine years, based in Blackheath and covering most of South-East London.
What guarantee does your work come with?
We agree a defects rectification period, usually of 3 or 6 months from the date of practical completion, and the client retains 2.5% of the contract value until defects have been rectified. Then we will attend to any necessary repairs due to workmanship for up to one year from the date of completion.
What do you love most about your job?
I really enjoy working with our clients, sub-contractors and on-site teams to turn ideas into reality, whether through my own designs, or those of the client or architect.
