The brief for the work was to remove all the old bathroom tiles and sanitary ware and dispose off and replace with new porcelain tiles and sanitary ware , move the toilet to allow for a bigger shower enclosure and install new lighting. Neda was so helpful and communicative, easy to talk to and quick to reply. She gave us a really fair price and explained really well what we could expect
