Artur is a brilliant plumber, recommended to us by our electrician. He re-did the majority of our plumbing, including replacing the old lead pipe, running all the pipework for our central heating and radiators, and fixing some substandard work left by a previous builder. He worked closely with us to design a new system fully compliant with our new ASHP, and at our request, carried out most of the installation in copper rather than plastic.

Artur is a pleasure to have around – humble, calm, and easy to work with. We particularly appreciated that he communicates respectfully with women, something that sadly can’t be taken for granted in the trades.

He was patient and understanding about the long timelines of our self-managed renovation, and kept us clearly informed about each stage of the work. This helped us prepare in advance and coordinate smoothly between the ASHP company and his installation, which he also neatly labelled. He is efficient, punctual, and brings a great team – including his brother, a decorator, who was equally professional and friendly. It felt reassuring to have a family-run team in our home.

From the moment I spoke with Artur, I knew I was talking to someone with both know-how and integrity. We diagnosed the potential problem - leaking from under the bath which almost caused my kitchen to be deluged and caused power outages which took two days to get back online - but where was the water coming from? ? And my bath is a single unit with no easy access which needed to be disengaged from the wall - not straightforward! We planned ahead and agreed on the work, which was carried out with care, diagnosed, (turned out to be coming from two cheeky places!) solved and made good with Artur, his assistant and eventually his tiler - and allowed the rest of the bathroom to remain in use for a guest. Every part of the job went well, the costing was fair, the work completed well and with consideration. I wish there were more trades and plumbers with this level of transparency and care in London!
