Well where do I start ? A first class experience from first contact to completion. Neil / Ben and the whole team were informative, honest and reliable from start to finish. When Ben came to our house he explained everything from what options would be best for our area. He showed us all the various choices and colours of the structure the solid wall and roofing. Nothing was too much trouble and the quote was emailed very quickly and the price was competitive and reasonable for the quality of product supplied. Any location is within their remit to supply and fit and there was no hard sell to have the additional extras that were available so whatever your budget even to supply only was available. They responded quickly to my request for help in making a bird and wildlife friendly garden. Although I live a long way from their northern base the distance wasn't an issue. I sent photos and a draft design with measurements and a planting plan came back after consultation with their expert. He then came and installed the garden. I was looking to have a veranda fitted to the back of my house, and after searching online for a number of weeks, I came across Arbour Living. I spoke to one of the partners, Neil, who could not have been any more helpful in all the questions I asked. He explained everything simply and in detail as to what would suit us best, and we then ordered the Kempton veranda. We have just used Arbour to transform our rear garden which had become extremely boring. It's early days yet as the planting has only just been completed. The company is extremely professional and passionate about their work and we are looking forward to seeing the plants grow and flower over the seasons.
