It is still early days but I have found Anne to be quiet helpful and knowledgeable about the job, a good find and someone we hope to continue to use to keep our garden in a nice state

Unreliable, turned up once for a few hours, did a lot of standing around looking and doing nothing, the next day, she was due to come, she emailed to say the weather wasn't right and this went on for about a week, very poor

Anne came a couple of times then just 'fell off the grid'. I’ve tried 3 times to contact her but no response. It’s such a shame as we really wanted the work done. If she doesn't want to do the job she should just say. Unfortunately, she is unreliable, and you should be aware she says she is coming then cancels at short notice and doesn't seem to take in the schedule you share with her. I’ve now hired someone else. Anne is very hardworking and has done a great job sorting out the weeds, other plants and patios in our garden. She is very busy and the unpredictable weather has meant she has had to reschedule visits at late notice. However, she keeps us informed and works well without supervision. Unfortunately Anne was unreliable. She cancelled the viewing. She then cancelled last minute on her first day of what was supposed to be a regular gardening job. When I then explained that we would find someone else as we really did need someone reliable, she replied very rudely and insulted my garden. We hired Anne to do some general garden maintenance and tidying. After some initial delays getting started we have been very pleased with the quality of Anne’s work and her knowledge of plants and we hope to continue using her services.

After several reschedule attempts to come and view the job, it was agreed that she would take the job. On the day agreed to start emailed to say wasnt well then later that day emailed to say does want the job.
