Had an appointment booked but had a family emergency and got a snotty response from them, and when I responded got an insulting reply. Talk about condescending and rude ! Sean and Barry were experienced fitters who took every care to give us our new bifold doors and front door. They arrived early, worked well as a team and finished up with cleaning up and a final polish of the doors.

12 windows and 1 door fitted, big job. Our fitter Alec Searle was first class. Friendly, explained what he was doing, answered questions, went above and beyond with a couple of things. Already knew the company from them installing replacement windows and roof trim, so checked them out for a new door. Salesman, Kevin, was knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted and did his best to match our requirements. The surveyor was thorough and took time to explain the few modifications which would be needed so there would be no surprises. Installation date was arranged quickly. A little hiccup during the planning permission process (resolved in full but costing time) and a mistake during gutter installation (installed white instead of grey, quickly corrected).
