Describe your creative process.
Start by offering a free consultation to listen to my customers, design, digital and marketing goals as well as budget. Produce a quotation, communicate in detail and highlight payment terms. Create a design brief highlighting the details, timeline and scope of project. Research any competitors and feedback insights. Proceed with the creative project, create pdfs for approval and feedback. Make any revisions and take to final production stage.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
The information I require is name, telephone and contact details, the details of the project, budget and timeline.
Communication can be via face-to-face, zoom, email and business whats app.

I love being part of my client's journey to help them achieve their design and marketing goals. I love the strategic branding process, the creativity and the collaboration as well as the long-term working relationships achieved.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having worked in Advertising, Design and Digital Agencies in Glasgow, Edinburgh and London working on the most prestigious corporate accounts, I was inspired with the creative process and wanted to share my expertise and experience with smaller businesses and organisations at affordable prices.
