I needed a plumber to solve an urgent issue at my property. I had always seen Alfa Sophia Plumbers and heating guys in and out and about in my area , which stuck in my mind, so gave them a call. The booking-in process was simple, with a friendly and reassuring individual taking the details. On the day of the booking, sure enough, the plumber arrived bang on time… He was friendly, courteous, and continued the reassurance, considering the issue simple to resolve. Having had to leave him to carry on whilst I went to work, he informed me that the job would be finished within few days!!! I was well informed of each process. Following that, an invoice was promptly delivered and paid all again, with ease.
