What do you love most about your job?
Being able to build what other people dream about. There is a certain feeling that flicks when you see the reaction of a happy customer when you hand over to him something that they probably had to make great sacrifices in order to make it happen.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After working for years for big companies, I found that the BESPOKE element has basically disappeared from the construction industry. Everything looks the same now, off the shelf stuff, most of the time the customer has little to no input at all.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because we are professional in what we do and damn good at it to. We don't mind breaking a bit of swat, working long hours and even weekends. We know that for the customer the project is the most important thing at that moment in time so it then becomes our primary focus to.

Parts of our services can be done remotely. I am referring to the engineering part, While other things such as site surveys and setting out cant be done remotely, some things like material take-offs, volumetric calculations and cut/fill analysis can be done remotely.

Foundations and Oversite
We undertake all type of foundations, slip, trench, RC Frames etc. Built the substructure, including Block and Beam and then pour the concrete floor.
Drainage
We install any type of domestic and commercial drainage, plastic, clay, concrete, septic tanks, soakaways.

We install, brick, wood, concrete and pre-cast retainers.

We install tarmac and block paving driveways.

Surveying and Site Setting Out
Our company also offers the 'Engineering' of construction projects, we are able to provide the following services:
1)Site Surveys- pre, during and post construction
2)Site Setting Out- we will set out all your project from drawing to the ground
3)Volumetric Surveys- we measure and calculate your big mounds of material
4)Cut/Fill analysis- do not get caught by the arisings on your project, we will calculate everything in advance so that you can make amends for it at the beginning of the project, saving you time and money.
5)Material Take-Offs- when the project is to big and don't know how much material to buy, we can help you with that, saving you all the over ordering of materials.
