Q&As

A great website should embody the concept of form follows function. Starting with the purpose, utility, and objective of your website, all of which are likely to mean better user experience UX for your sites users, and better conversion rates or results for you. Good functionality can then be wrapped and dressed in beautiful design, giving your site pleasing form or user interface UI. meaning your sites visitors are more likely to enjoy using your site.

It should also be technically competent, designed to be a future-proof as possible, to give you control over updating and managing it, robust against threats and attacks, and built to perform well across multiple device and browser types.

So a great website is one that your sites users love, that delivers results for you, performs well and is easy to manage.

Different creative projects have their own specific needs when it comes to gathering insight but before starting a project there are some key areas we would always look to understand:
- What is the challenge you are looking to solve or objective you want to achieve?
- How important is it to complete this project?
- When are you looking to start this project?
- What does success look like?
- What budget range have you allocated?
- What does your ideal customer look like?
- Who are your competitors?
- What's your point of difference?
- What is your industry like at the moment?
- Who from your team will be leading on this project?
- Who else will be involved in the decision making?
- Have you worked with an agency before and what are you looking for in a partner?

We have an approach we call punk architect thinking which sets the direction for anything we do. If timelines are tight, there are budget constraints, risk levels are low, there’s a need to learn and iterate on the job, then we bootstrap and shake things up. We think punk. If a more considered approach is required, the stakes are high, nuance and accuracy matter most, then we develop a considered blueprint. We think architect.

No matter the medium we are working in our creative process follows the same 7 fundamental steps:
- Define the challenge.
- Build insight.
- Play with concepts.
- Refine and ready for launch.
- Launch.
- Review and assess.
- Eduacted evolution.
