It was a pleasure doing having 369 joinery do work for me and my wife. Derek took note of what we wanted done, gave advice here and there when asked. Measured up and dropped off samples of materials to choose from and e-mailed back with a quote for price and availability for the work to be done. Derek practically refurbished my whole home, new kitchen, new bathroom and lots of other bits and pieces. Both Derek and Amanda were really focused on getting the finish we wanted, researching materials and also materials and companies we found to get exactly what we were looking for.
The results are amazing and I absolutely love it 😍
Derek is a great conciencious worker, a bit of a perfectionist so goes over and above to make sure the finish is spot on.
We got Derek back to do fencing and gates around our whole garden, quite a large area. It was done in no time, looks fantastic and is extremely sturdy, no worries in all these storms, it's standing strong 😁
Would highly recommend 369 joinery to everyone and anyone!

I have just had my new kitchen completed today and we are so pleased with the result new white lowered ceiling and spotlights added. They even left me a beautiful kitchen plant to compliment my new units such a welcome touch. Looks like a whole new space and left immaculate no need for cleaning not a spec of dust. We had 369 Joinery come in June last year on recommendation from a work colleague. Derek was amazeballs from the very start and was very patient with all my last minute changes despite me driving my husband crazy, and very gracious of my nightshifts as a nurse which was highly appreciated. We had new solid wood floors fitted throughout and all new skirtings and facings and also a new feature wall. We have them booked to come back in April this year to install a new composite deck. How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
An architect or surveyor or your joiner / builder in some cases will be able to advise you whether your garage is suitable to convert, particularly the soundness of the walls, roof, and foundations. Some are too poorly built or decrepit, in which case it might be cheaper to knock down and replace. We would always recommend using an experienced professional to assess.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Before setting out on a garage conversion project, you should consult your local planning authority. While most garage conversions won’t require formal planning permission – as the work will mostly affect the interior spaces – your home’s location will influence the changes you can make. And, as a conversion involves a change of use from garage to residential space, you’ll need to ensure your project is meeting Building Regulations.
If you’re looking to alter the garage’s exterior features such as the windows, you’ll need to submit a planning application as this will end up changing how your home looks. You could always consider a pre-planning application to ensure you’re on the right track for success
Design, find a company, and estimate you are happy with then onto your conversion.
We would always recommend using an accredited architect or experienced company to assess.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
As a general rule, 2.2m from floor to ceiling at its highest point is the threshold for undertaking a loft conversion. If your loft does not meet this requirement, it's highly unlikely you'll be able to raise your pitch roof since councils very rarely grant permission to do that. We would always recommend using an experienced professional to assess.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Any staff showing signs in any way of Colds/Flu/RSV or Covid will not attend the site. All tools and equipment are cleaned after each client works to employ good infection control.
