As soon as 24hr Swift Care started caring for my wife I could tell they were good. They took a real interest in her well-being and were keen to develop a friendship rather than treat her a just another client. My wife appreciated their cheerful attitude on each visit. They were careful to explain everything they did before doing anything, and made sure that what they did do was acceptable. If they had any concerns they made sure I was aware, and often gave me guidance in how to address any issues.I hope I do not have to use 24hr Swift Care Services again, but If I should I would certainly choose them again. To date - Swift Care have supported my wife and myself for eight days since she left hospital and their care has far surpassed our expectations. PERSONAL CARE
It can cover, but is not limited to:
Bathing and showering, including bed-baths
Applying lotions and creams as required
Dressing and getting ready for bed
Oral hygiene
Applying make-up, and hair care
Support with shaving
Foot care, especially if you are diabetic need to be extra vigilant with your feet
Helping you to the toilet, including using a commode or bed pan
Changing continence pads, along with cleaning intimate areas
Support moving position in bed, to stretch and prevent bed sores
Changing or maintaining a stoma or catheter bag, or other form of clinical intervention
HOSPITAL TO HOME
If you’ve had a stay in hospital and are ready to be discharged, getting extra support might help to boost your recovery, re-build your confidence, and so give you a better chance of living safely at home again. Services called intermediate care or re-enablement services offer this type of support.
Our hospital to home service is a comprehensive service for those who have been admitted to hospital. This service will make transition from hospital easier for you to settle back in to your familiar environment.
We will support you throughout your recovery journey. Whether you require a high level of care, or just some support with activities of daily living during your recovery period, we can provide a Care Support Worker to assist you

24HR SWIFT CARE SERVICES NIGHT SITTING SIT-IN SERVICE
This is to provide a break for you as a main carer to your loved from your caring role. Sit service usually begin from 2 Hours. This can help when you need to go to the bank, shops and appointments. Our carer will stay with your loved ones while you go out and will engage them with meaningful activities of choice.
All the above services can cater for up to 12 hours visit whether day or night time.
