Before I started working with Kenny the place I was wasn't good I wouldn't even open my front door, I couldn't even go out to put the rubbish in the bin or shut the garden gate if it was left open, I would even wait for my son to come out into the back garden to put my washing out . I had panic attacks on a regular basis and even panic been left over night in my own home.
