I thoroughly enjoy Sandhya's yoga classes, I love her vibrant energy and sense of fun. She is motivating and encouraging and offers different options for moves making it accessible. Her instructions are clear and emphasis on breathing through the movement really helpful. Our yoga instructor Lara has a great energy, and our yoga session with her was very special. She instantly put all the ladies in our group at ease and helped us get to know each other too. Our session with her was so much fun and also peaceful and we felt really revived afterwards, including the hen, who was 6 months pregnant. Lara made sure the class was adapted for her. More...

Sandya did a yoga party for my birthday in her studio (I wanted to do something different, not just go out and eat and drink). A few of the group were reluctant/had a bad yoga experience previously (with other instructors)/had no experience of yoga at all. Everyone loved it, we had the best time, Sandya was a brilliant instructor and the pace of the class and the exercises we did were brilliant. Would definitely recommend and will be going back!! We hired Sandhya to do a morning laughter filled yoga session for a hen party. Everyone really enjoyed it and it was a great ice breaker for a large group of hens. Sandhya was brilliant and was able to work around the space available in the lounge as it was raining outside. Highly recommend for any hen parties in Bath! More...

Laughing Yoga activity for a bank holiday hen do! Sandhya was a super instructor and went above and beyond.It was really easy to organise and enquire about the services available and she got back to me super quickly in order for us to book the activity! She brought all the equipment to our house and even provided smoothies, a playlist for the Hen and other treats!! (Great surprise!!)It involved a mixture of fun warm up activities and we worked through partner poses which was great for all us beginners! We really did laugh and enjoy the yoga and finished off with relaxation and mindfulness.Suitable for all abilities especially as Sandhya adapted all the poses to suit the needs of the individuals taking part - including a pregnant hen!Reasonably priced and worth the money. We had so much fun with Sandhya! We booked her for our friend's hen party. She was really accommodating and provided a mixture of fun/games and more formal yoga. Everyone had such a laugh! We loved the family class in the lovely new studio. My 4-year old enjoyed herself enormously, and it's great to meet like-minded parents. Sandhya teaches mindfulness, body-awareness and yoga to the little ones in a way they can digest. It's a wonderful thing to learn as a family. Definitely recommended. More...

I was always quite athletic and active as a child, then when I started working in office environments and becoming a busy adult, my fitness slipped and I began suffering with various postural aches and pains from RSI, neck pain and most recently lower back pain. I became more and more immobile and reliant on painkillers which inevitably left me feeling horrible and weak. I became anxious and depressed and finally at the start of 2018 decided I've got to break this cycle! That's when I tried Pilates/Yoga first of all I was too scared to join a class so found a DVD which I thoroughly enjoyed however I did not have the strength wisdom or technique and managed to injure myself more! I therefore plucked up the courage and joined Pilates for back on a Monday, I was very scared at first and embarrassed that I might not be able to keep up but those worries were put at ease as soon as I sat down. The class was very accommodating and friendly, Sandhya was brilliant giving lots of variation and correcting any postures that were not quite right, fast forward a year and I feel so much stronger I'm more active (I now do yoga) and well on my way to recovery! Sandhya's yoga classes are slower paced than some but this is so good for relaxation and de-stressing. I always have a feeling of calm after and it's so good to do after a hectic day. I love doing the eye exercises when my eyes are tired after work.
However, if you want, Sandhya will help you to develop your yoga in more challenging ways. I couldn't dream of doing some postures before attending her classes and now I can do them with ease. Definitely recommend �

Sandhya's classes are always a relaxing and clam place to be, a great atmosphere to get into the gentle practice of yoga. She explains the postures well, and the benefits to each movement, in a very knowlegable way . I found that when I injured my knee, Sandhya took the time to ensure that I was comfortable and gave me other options to try which would lesson the impact on my knee. I would highly recommend her classes to anyone; from complete beginner to those continuing their yoga practice. More...

Thank you Sandhya for a lovely Sunday morning of yoga and partner yoga as part of my sister’s hen weekend. We had a great time with you and you managed to make everyone laugh even after a late night on the Saturday. We loved the partner yoga in particular and would recommend this for any hen party. Sandhya was an excellent hen party host, making me & my friends comfortable and relaxed from the start. I consider it a blessing that Sandhya offers her classes so close to where we live. I really enjoy her class and always leave with more energy as well as a greater feeling of connection with myself, sense of space in my body and feeling of oneness with the beauty of this world. I organised a yoga class with Sandyha as part of my friend's hen weekend. We had our session in the picturesque Botanical gardens in Bath, and everyone had a fantastic time! The session was suitable for everyone, including those who had never tried yoga before. We particularly enjoyed the pair activities organised, which were a great ice breaker for the group.
