I am a personal trainer specialising in building your fitness transformation from the ground up. Together, we will create efficient workout routines paired with well-balanced meal plans specially catered to you and your goals.

1 to 1 or small group training and coaching. Movement assessment, goal setting, training and coaching, testing. All the support you need by yourself or in a small group to make the lifestyle changes and fitness improvements you desire.

Movement analysis

Running or Cycle technique assessment to prevent injury and feel more comfortable during your chosen activity. This is generally a bolt on to specific training programs or can be coached as a one off session.

Cycle training

Training to learn to ride a bicycle from scratch, finding your balance, learning to use gears and making the bike go where you want. Road confidence training, learning to position yourself correctly on the road for any situation. Commuter tutor, following you on your ride to or from work and ensuring you are taking the best route and riding in the best position. Mountain bike leading and skills coaching for individuals, small groups, corporate days. Professional cycle coaching and training plans for all abilities.
