Love dining in at Pappa Ciccia, staff are great, atmosphere is great, food is great. This time we ordered via uber eats as couldn't get a table inside. Food arrived stone cold. Driver had a stop before completely in different direction. We literally live on same road as restaurant less then 2 mins on bike but for whatever reason driver went somewhere alot further away first. The food taste was good and will definitely go into Pappa Ciccia to eat in. NEVER again via delivery. More...

Traditional, intimate setting, tables are quite small but nothing to complain about for a small restaurant where only so many people can fit. Lovely homely / independent feel with candles on the table. Despite a lovely warm ambiance, I’m deducting one star for noise, not much can be done about this but just something to note if you preferred a quieter place to chat over dinner. What’s your signature dish?
There are so many, but customers love our lasagna, melanzane parmigiana (v) and our amazing antipasto.
Also our delicious canapés and finger food such as arancini di risso – deep fried rice balls stuffed with mozzarella, red pepper & chilli (V) or ragu sauce or pollo ripieno- skewer of chicken breast stuffed with mozzarella & sage, wrapped in Parma ham.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We listen to what the customer wants, we advise and fully create when the customer hands over to us.
We have the experience to know what works but we are always open to change.
We are flexible and open to last-minute changes.
What do you love most about your job?
We love the final outcome, we have had so much great feedback, it fills us with pride.
We have even had a standing ovation at a recent event! :))
What inspired you to start your own business?
We are a husband and wife team with extended family staff. We wanted to create a business near to where we live
which allowed us flexibility while bringing up our family. My husband is Italian and lives for his food passion.
I adore being involved in the planning.
