A great website presents information about a business, be it commercial or non-commercial, in a relevant, clear, precise and structured manner which is also legible and pleasant visually at the same time. Great website is also technologically advanced to load in a browser very quickly using the latest standards in Information Technology and automatically adjusting the web presentation to the size and specification of the device from which a visitor is trying to explore the website.

A great website is one that presents all information regarding a business in a very structured and easy to navigate manner. Usually visitors considers a website great if they find information flow and the click-path (clicking on links that leads to other pages/info in the website) appears to be custom made for their category of visitors - in a way that appeals to each and every visitor to a website.

All of the above said is relevant only if the structure of information presented clearly matches with predefined channels of actionable steps (click path) that a visitor is expected to take leading to an immediate action (eCom buying, booking appointment, register in website etc) that supports the key objective of developing and hosting the website.

Our creative process is iterative and fully customised to sync with our customers requirement.

By iterative it means we first produce a draft of what are expected to deliver and document that in detail in our proposal and quote that is shared with the customers. The same document and details are used as the basic service delivery factors and the first version of the deliverable is developed using that. This is modified multiple times till the customer's expectations are fully met and they feel fully satisfied with the deliverable.

We also collect a sign-off on almost all of these items before it goes live to general public. We keep our creative process open and agile so as to accommodate the advancement in each field of service that we deliver.

Information required from a client before we start work is explained above. In addition to that the legal and commercial aspects are detailed below.

We deliver many of the solutions and services as a monthly recurring item. Because of this we collect the set up fee and the first month's charge in advance to start the work and deliver. Each next month charges are collected in advance at the beginning (before the 5th) of every month.

For certain services like Print or flyer distribution via Royal Mail we have to collect full payment in advance to pay third party service providers.

With all customers we sign a contract (digitally signed PDF document) on the terms and conditions of delivery and deliverable.
