I have been doing pilates with Laura for a few months now and thoroughly enjoy it, It is the total opposite end of the spectrum to the exercise that I do for the rest of the week. Regardless of if you are new to pilates or a pro Laura is excellent at teaching a multitude of abilities in the same class. I have been going to Laura’s Pilates classes for 5 months now, and I’ve recently started doing her Barre class too. I have tried numerous different Pilates classes as I have suffered with a bad back for a number of years and I can honestly say this is by far the best class I have been too. The class is tailored for different abilities and as you get stronger you can progress on. As well as enjoying the classes I’m delighted to say my back has really improved and I don’t have to see a regular physiotherapist anymore.
