We had an appalling overnight stay at The Draycote Hotel which, unfortunately is still ongoing. We attended a wedding reception on the 19th July with our two young children. The following morning our 5 year old daughter caught her arm on the towel rail in our room which has resulted in a 2nd degree burn.

We went to the reception desk to report this as soon as our daughter had stopped screaming in pain. We showed Anna Malecka and were given a burn patch and filled out an accident report.

We requested that the radiator should be investigated immediately as there was obviously something wrong with it. We took our daughter to A&E to which they were horrified that this had been done on a towel rail. The burn was dressed and we had an appointment to have it redressed 3 days later. We received a phone call from Stephan Marriott, the hotel Manager to apologise and to advise that he had informed the Directors of the hotel whom were also extremely concerned and sorry that this had happened.

We were told we would receive a letter from the hotel that following week. 7 weeks later and we haven't had a letter nor have we had any contact from anyone from the hotel. We have made numerous calls for Stephan and left messages for him and haven't received a phone call back. We have also requested the hotels insurance details and apparently nobody knows where they are.

My partner has now called for the Director of the group of hotels, James Parker, and sadly he hasn't returned our calls either. We really are not quite sure why such a serious matter is being ignored. All we are asking is for someone to call us and explain what is going on.

Perfect. The one word that describes Our wedding on Saturday. The staff were amazing, attentive and polite. Food was mouth watering. The rooms all lovingly prepared All the parts we has planned executed with a flourish and a smile. the team thought of everything including a quick defluffing after a open topped car ride back to the hotel under a fluffy blanket. I cannot and will not stop saying how amazing this team of people are from the chefs and housekeeping through to the servers and stephan and anna or how gorgeous the venue is. Thank you again love matt and mel

Had my wedding here Friday! The whole day was amazing thanks to all the staff who put a lot of hard work in making everyone feel welcome and making them feel like nothing was to much!! Me and my 3 bridesmaids were treated like absolute royalty from the Minuite we stepped in the hotel Thursday evening. Thank you so much for making our special day as amazing as you did xxx

We booked afternoon tea on Mother's Day it was not good. Sandwiches were yuk, no pre menu either. The cakes were scones cut and pre filled, broken on arrival. Tea came 35mins after sandwiches. We had a stained cup, warm milk already sitting when we arrived. We left so sad. Our daughter had her wedding there 3years ago and we loved it. We also went last year and had Easter Day lunch it was lovely the staff were brilliant but the cold service we had yesterday was the last time we will go. The new management now is not for us.

It was my experience of seeing how wonderful the staff are at running weddings that made my decision to choose Draycote Hotel for my mother's 70th birthday celebrations and what a great decision! We discussed the options with management team in advance and they were keen for us to try their private dining option. We had a drinks reception on the balcony overlooking the reception and bar area and then made our way into a beautifully laid out room for 34 of us. The food was amazing and all of the dietary requirements had been met, some of which were a little more challenging than the normal ones. My family commented on the high level of customer service offered by all of the staff who were serving us. We were able to spend the whole evening in our private room before making our way downstairs for a few additional drinks in the bar area. It was a totally relaxed and stress free evening which was enjoyed by everyone especially my Mum who was overwhelmed when she saw how the room looked. Many of us stayed overnight in very comfortable rooms with the most comfy beds! Better sleep than at home! The rooms were clean and modern. The staff had prepared a large table for us for breakfast in the morning so that we could all eat together which was a lovely touch. Great breakfast too. Massive thank you to Anna for bringing it all together for us and to Stephan and the rest of the great Draycote team for a wonderful night. And not forgetting the chef, Paul and his team in the kitchen!

Where do I start?! I don't think there are enough words I can use to describe not only the hotel but its team! We held our wedding at Draycote Hotel last Saturday 3rd May. Stefan and Anna could not have made the day any more perfect and are simply amazing. The team which work with them are equally efficient and courteous and willing to please and all work soooo hard to make each day special. No one could do enough for us. One of our guests now uses a wheelchair and has already written to thank us for how brilliant they were in catering for her needs and ensuring she was well looked after. The food as always was amazing. I simply cannot emphasise how fantastic this hotel was. The pictures down by the lake are simply stunning! If you are looking to book your wedding Draycote Hotel is a must.

Myself and my husband had our wedding reception here on 3/9/16 and still 3 weeks later can't find the words to describe how fantastic the day the was.
Firstly, I would like to thank every member of staff that was involved before and on the day.. Each one of you made our day really special.
The food was fantastic and all our guests complimented how lovely the food was including the canapés which went down and absolute storm!
The organisation on the day was brilliant, nothing was an issue and ourselves and guests were to attended to in a exceptional manner!
We would like to thank Philip for all his hard work on the day ensuring that it ran as smoothly as possible.

These jokers, acquired my email details, from where I do not know. I’ve never stayed there.
I received a marketing email from them last week whilst away from home. The idiot who sent it out left mine along with countless dozens of other peoples details in the recipients box for everybody to see.
Within a couple of hours I’d found my email, eBay,and PayPal accounts had been hacked. I’ve Lost the best part of a days work listening to sh1t music on hold trying to get things sorted out.
Deeply unimpressed.

We had our wedding here on the 6th April 2018 and we couldn't have asked for more. From start to finish every single member of staff we came into contact with were absolutely fantastic. So accommodating to our requests and needs and so friendly and helpful. The day ran so smoothly thanks to them all; those who helped with the planning of the wedding but weren't there on the day and those who were less involved with the planning but were there on the day! Every phone call, every email answered promptly and helpfully.
The venue was so special having our photos taken overlooking the reservoir, getting there via golf buggy - definitely a high point of the day. They were happy to let us visit before hand and take our photographer down on the golf buggies too.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and the food is fantastic! The chef was excellent and accommodating on various dietary needs. On the day the hotel looked spectacular. Our colour theme not only ran through the room we used but also through the hotel, on the staircase too.
I couldn't praise this venue highly enough and would definitely recommend it for a wedding. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed their food and even commented on how delicious, well-timed and how much food there was in the evening.
A perfect day in a perfect venue. 5+ stars!! Thank you to everyone involved there. You are all fabulous.

If you have £80 for 2 people b&b per night.. don't spend it here!.. receptionist was polite on arrival..the room..there was a long hair 18inches..stuck to the bath/shower wall..I don't have any hair..and my wife's is very short!.. television was hanging off the wall..I had to put a towel behind it to keep it upright so I could watch it!..bed very comfortable..there were two big marks on the carpet..I can only guess it was from an iron or something!..no drawer space.. everything had to go in the open wardrobe..shower curtain..which I hate! Breakfast.. horrible!..self serve..plates were not as clean as I would expect..food was undercooked..and you had to wait for it be restocked..you could see where the tables had been wiped.. probably not with a clean cloth. .. apparently the jam and croissants were very nice..sorry guys..I won't be troubling you again!

We booked this hotel through buyagift as part of gift we had been given. We wanted somewhere near Warwick castle and not too far from home. When we arrived the girl on the desk was polite and helpful and there was not problem using the voucher. The reception, bar and restaurant are very open plan and modern. We had a drink at the bar but didn't stay long we like a cosy place to have a few drinks and there only seemed to be one table next to the fire which was occupied by one man sat at a table to seat 4-5 people. The other side of the fire was part of the restaurant. We had to change rooms as the electronic lock didn't work however there wasn't much of a view apart from the septic tank and a Car park. The second room was freezing and the windows were quite old. We had a draft and could hear the dual carriageway so we closed the curtains and tucked them in to block out the draft. We didn't want to make a fuss as we had already changed room. By this point we had decided to go out for dinner. We had some time to spare so decided to watch some tv. It didn't turn on. We called reception and waited for someone to come up (the same poor guy who had been to look at the door in the first room and who had served us behind the bar. For the amount of staff we saw he seemed to be one of a few that actually did some work. After wiggling the screen and messing with the remote he got there working. On the plus the staff we had contact with were polite and the girl on reception apologised as we left the building. The bed was comfy and the top.was clean and basic.
