Happy to say I was in safe hands. As a first time buyer, I was a bit lost. Whenever I spoke about the sale to friends and colleagues, solicitors always seemed to get slated. From this experience, I cannot see why. Hannah was excellent, she put up with my constant questions and emails. (There was a lot!!) I am writing to thank Simon at Bennett Oakley for his very generous donation of a signed Watford FC shirt which raised an incredible £250 in my auction for Herts Air Ambulance.
It was a great achievement for me to get Simon to agree to this as he is a massive Brighton and Hove Albion fan! Thank you for showing that charity is more important than football colours! My total raised now stands at just over £6200 which is superb.
Herts Air Ambulance does not receive any government funding, lottery donations or NHS money- relies solely on donations. That's why gestures like this are so important.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I took over Bennett Oakley a few years ago because I wanted to put the business development theory I had picked up from working with previous firms into practice. Since taking over Bennett Oakley has gone from strength to strength.
