As far as I can tell, this is BS -- they don't have locations all over the nation, they just have dozens of spammy website pages claiming they do. Their website content is very poorly constructed and looks like it was machine-generated. I cannot vouch for their print services but considering I was able to verify at least one of the images on their site was used without the owner's permission, I wouldn't send them any printing. After several years of dealing with them as a preferred vendor, I had a horrible experience. They blamed me for a glitch in their website that shipped my order to a previous location! Minutes before I had shipped elsewhere, then started a new order. On the new order, I selected shipping as same as billing. Well, that didn't happen, and over 3 weeks later, I still don't have my product instructions. Jimmy in customer service was very rude and blamed me! They never offered free shipping to make up for the round the world tour. I can assure you, I was rude back. They have horrible customer service. We recently had 15,000 referral cards printed. 55Printing came out 30% cheaper than Vistaprint. This company delivered the card a couple days ahead of schedule.
What impressed me most about the service, was that we had selected the 'glossy' finish on a card where the referrer writes an affiliate ID on it. The guy reviewing the order, reached out to us, before sending the order to the Printers, to recommend using the flat finish, because a typical pen would not leave an impression. This required someone to look at the card, understand what we were after & use initiative & intelligent to confirm with us, you WON'T find this at VistaPrint!
