My 82 year-old dad saw the results of working out with my awesome trainer, Misti, pay off twice tonight. I saw these occurrences as they happened. ?
The first time, he dropped a piece of paper by his desk. He bent over (from a standing position) to pick up the paper. He leaned on the seat of the rolling chair for support. The rolling chair started to move away from him, but he was able to recover and pick up the piece of paper without ending up on the floor.
The second time he was preparing dinner and was by the table. He turned to walk to get a plate out of a cabinet and his foot got caught on the leg of the chair. It tripped him up, but he was able to recover quickly, keep his balance, and not end up on the floor.

I highly reccommend Team No Excuses Fitness. Sanjay is very professional and appreciate his approach to a healthy lifestyle. He takes an overall approach addressing fitness, recovery, sleep, and nutrition requirements. I am really impressed with the training and the nutritional plans he provides. For the workouts, expect to not do the same things from prior workouts. He adds alot of variety to workouts and he gauges the intensity based on fitness level. Bar none, Sanjay expects effort and will let you know when you are not putting in effort (In a polite way). He is very observant and attentative and provides feedback on improving form. He values quality movements vs the amount, weight, or speed. He also focuses on breathing techniques through the workout, which you need to learn to keep up with the trainings. For the meal plans, they are great especially when getting into a new habit. The meals aren't hard to make and are very straight foward. He tailors them based on your preferences and if you have any food allergies.

When I began with Amy I did not know how It would go, or if I would be able to be helped. I was at ground zero. My balance was off, I was weak, I was afraid of falling, and I had little to no energy.
