Michael is the epitome of professionalism. Michael is patient and calm. He is always pleasant. Michael is accommodating with scheduling. When you break down the pricing,his prices are well within reason, especially for someone with his knowledge and expertise.
The main reason I chose Michael over other businesses on this site are he meets you at an actual gym with where all equipment is available to you. I also like the fact that he has real knowledge of how the body and muscles work together, which he combines with proper nutrition. Michael and I have been working together for nearly a month. It started with a few days a week and quickly morphed to five days a week. It has now transitioned into five "double" sessions per week.
