Personal Trainers

Lora has been doing early morning sessions with me 3x per week and helping me work through past injuries and joint issues. I used to exercise alot in the past but it nearly always eventually ended in injury, resulting in my exercise routine being destroyed and my not returning to it for 2-3 years. I really appreciate that Lora is able to push harder when needed but also respect past injuries and help work through flexibility joint and tendon issues as well as other problems. I have been surprised to see how sore I have been using mostly calisthenics, resistance, and minimal weight while working my way towards being able to exercise normally.

Lora is a 10 out of 10 in all aspects of her therapy. Her knowledge of what her clients need is extremely on point. I strongly recommend her for all age groups.

Lora has been my Trainer for over 6 months. We train 2x a week. I had several problems with my sitting , standing and walking postures caused by office work in front of computer. These in turn caused pain in my kness and waist and lack of mobility and strength of muscles. Lora was able to diagnose the problems and provide corrective exercises, gym machine routines and weight training. I am very pleased to say these training exercises have helped improve my posture, balance and strength.
Lora is a dedicated trainer with long experience, knowledge of muscle anatomy and a great cheer leader.
I strongly recommend her to any one needing help with improving their fitness, alleviating pain and looking for better health and well-being

I'm not the kind of trainer to just stand by and count or even the kind that barks orders and pushes too hard. I'm the trainer that meets you where your at, assesses and corrects faulty movement patterns to protect you from inury, guides you through acheiving your goals to set you on a lifetime self-driven path of health and fitness from teens all the way through til the golden years. My goal is to work with clients just long anough to educate them so they can be self-sufficent in sustaining the acheived goal. People who have to hire trainers every few years, have never had a great trainer. A great trainer is a great coach/teacher, not a crutch.

There is no secret. With frequency, consistency and the right guidance to keep you safe from injury, ANYONE can acheive their absolute best!

When a 27 yr old with consistent back pain and unacknowledged liver dysfunction, due to neglected scoliosis is living a healthy, strong and pain-free life, after I leveraged resources between a chiropractor and myself...............
When a 72 yr old woman begins training with me because she is told she has a 30% risk of breaking a bone and then acheives a 300% improvement of bone density 9 months later.........
When a 14 yr old develops confidence and inner-strength after years of being bullied...........

Through 19 yrs as a chiropractic assistant, I watched way too many patients blame aging or a so-called wrong move on pain, inmobility or dysfunction. In many cases, stretching, core stability and resistance training would have prevented the issue.
I decided that I could better serve people if I got proactively in front of the problem; not just reactively assist on the back end of it.

There is a lot of ego in the Fitness industry. What a lot of trainers don’t realize is that everything they say and do should be about, and for, their client, not to feed their own ego. The best trainers, not only have a wealth of knowledge but also, have a service-minded heart for people. You would be hard-pressed to find anyone more devoted to the people they serve than me.
I'm always 200% invested into my client's short and long term health, fitness and quality of life.

I can but won't. I believe that online training is unethical; driven solely by money, not the heartleft desire to keep clients safe while acheiving results. A trainer observing a client single-dimensionally via video can not see enough dimension or angles to catch/fix faulty form or dysfunctional movement patterns before it's too late and results in injury.
Human to Human connection is The Best and Only way.
