I’ve been working with Leo for a few months now, and I can’t say enough good things about him. I was recovering from a major surgery and was very intimidated to start but he put me at ease and it was comforting to know that he knew how to navigate around an injury. No other trainer in my experience, has the same enthusiasm as leo does to coach. He puts his entire heart into making sure you get the best possible quality programs that are specific to you and your goals.
Leo is very easy to befriend with his giddy personality and has a lot of knowledge on what he does. Leo makes you excited to workout and will push you to do better he is great. I highly recommend choosing him as your next trainer!

Leo has been instrumental to my success. He has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He genuinely cares about his clients. He has helped me do things that I thought were never possible. He made the entire experience enjoyable and because of him, I became so much stronger and saw immense physical changes. Diets should be seen more as knowing what to eat when. The best diet is one that you'll follow, not necessarily Keto/ Paleo/ Atkins/ etc... Learn what foods your body digests well, and what foods don't let you sleep well. Happy digestion and quality sleep are key for ANYONE, whether or not they are athletes.

By using behaviour change models to help clients choose their own path with lifestyle changes. We lay out roadmaps that work, it's up to you to decide how big of a step you want to take. Whether that big step is adding 2 or 3 eggs to breakfast instead of just one, or if that's a completely new way of eating every single meal. Lifestyle changes are the most effective way to build a strong foundation of healthy lives. Coupled with completely customized workout programs, we build custom lifestyle and workout plans to get you to where you want to be!

Consistency. Don't let perfect get in the way of good, if you miss the gym one day, don't let it turn into 7 days. Be okay with your progress, your hiccups, and keep the big picture in mind. Hard work will best talent 10/10 times.

Yes, online services. Online services include Nutrition guidance, min. 3 day workout plan, and weekly check-ins where we cover videos of you executing the lifts, reviewing your weekly nutrition, as well as answer any questions then or during the week.

All services have been remote, along with workouts, clients receive a list of supplements that I, myself, use in order to keep my immune system high and optimal.
